I am delighted to announce that the incoming Council of Governors for 2013 – 2014 have elected DG Lion Phil Robinson from District SE to be their Council Chairman. A member of the 2012 – 2013 Council of Governors, Lion Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role and will I’m sure have an enjoyable and successful year working with the incoming Council.
