The following documents have been issued to clubs over the years and can be obtained by clicking on the link.

The Formation of a Charity document is in WinZip format. You will have to download the document to your computer and then 'unzip' it. You will need the WinZip utility do do this. The document will unzip in MS Word format. This will enable you to edit the Model Form Trust Deed with your club's details without having to retype the document. If for any reason you cannot download or read the document then e-mail the MD Legal Adviser and MS Word copies will be e-mailed to you.

The other documents are in .pdf format and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader utility to read them.

A guide (issued in 1994) to the regulations that affect the selling by clubs of certain second hand goods and dealing with the safety requirements in particular of soft furnishings, toys and electrical goods.

Frequently asked by clubs how they can donate equipment but ensure its return to the Club if it is no longer required or used by the recipient. A short agreement has been drafted which should provide for this and which can be adapted to a Club's specific requirements. As most of these documents need to be altered to suit particular requirements, they are not available for download from this site, but can be e-mailed or posted on request.
