Whilst there will always be a gradual drift away from active membership and also 'natural wastage', we do have to ask ourselves why.

• Do we live up to members expectations as a club/organisation?
• Are our meetings boring and going nowhere?
• Do we involve ALL our members and utilise the skills we perhaps recruited them for?

As club members, it is our duty that if we hear on the grapevine that a member is thinking of leaving, we should do all we can to find out what the reason is and try to resolve any issues there may be.
