Music Competition

European Music Competition Winner 2011

In the recently held Europa Forum the winners of the European Competition were announced. There were 15 participants in total first place was awarded to a competitor from Germany, second place went to Belgium and third place winner came from Poland. Our own candidate Aisling Maguire from 105A was not placed but played extremely well. She was well supported by four members of her sponsoring Club/ The Lions Club of Fairlop.

Music competition 2012

Next year the European Musical Competition in Brussels Belgium between 7th and 9th September 2012 and will feature the Cello. The full repertoire list is in the News and Events section of the Members Tab.

Each district is permitted one entrant for the Multiple District Music Competition which is scheduled to take place on Sunday 15th April 2012 at the Birmingham Conservatoire.
