Credit card guarantee

You have to guarantee your reservation with a credit card number when you complete your booking. The hotel guarantee means that the room will be reserved for you, even if you arrive later than announced. It also means that if you don't arrive the day you have stated, or do not advise the hotel of a cancellation the hotel will charge you a no-show fee as per each individual hotel policy. The card number will NOT be used by either Aberdeen Convention Bureau nor the hotel without your authorisation, for any other purpose.

Payment options

No payment for accommodation will be made to Aberdeen Convention Bureau. Payment for the accommodation will be made to the hotel directly upon departure. Even if you have chosen to guarantee your booking with one credit card, you can choose to pay the bill at the hotel with another credit card or by cash or by communicating your payment wishes directly to the hotel. You will receive contact details to the hotel with your confirmation e-mail after completing your booking.
